Our cookware is under warranty against failures in workmanship and materials. At any time, any failed part of a product will be repaired or replaced without charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse or alterations to the product nor does it cover damages by accident.

 

We also guarantee that in the event of total destruction of the cookware due to flood, fire, tornado, hurricane or others acts of God, that upon proof of loss, the purchaser will have the right to replace those items at one-half the then current retail price of the cookware.
